Jack Phelan Jeep RAM Chrysler Dodge Dealership in Countryside, Illinois is looking for an experienced BDC (Business Development Center) representative that is detail oriented, attentive, and hardworking to join our team!

Business Development Center (BDC) Representative Responsibilities:

We here at Jack Phelan are in the process of looking for a full-time individual that is motivated, friendly, and dedicated to join our BDC team. You will be working alongside other friendly BDC agents in order to work with new and returning customers to answer questions and schedule appointments for customers interested in looking at one of our vehicles. BDC agents are required to schedule appointments, follow up with customers after appointments, remind customers of the promotions and offers we have, and provide a satisfactory customer experience over the phone and email.

Requirements:

–        Attentive and Hard Working

–        Ability to multi-task and manage many customer profiles

–        Outstanding computer skills

–        Be able to be a team player and help within the department

–        Goal Oriented

–        Able to communicate in a professional manner

–        Excellent customer service skills and abilities

–        Positive work ethic and attitude

Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly
