To Our Valued Customers:

 

At Jack Phelan Chevrolet Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram our customers are our family.  Over the past 50 years we have faced many challenges and we always get through them due to your support and loyalty.  We are committed to ensuring a safe and healthy environment when you visit our dealerships.

 

We know how important your vehicle is in times like these and we are committed to making sure we can continue to provide the products and services that you are accustomed to.  In this time of uncertainty, we are here for you.

In dealership:

 

  • Cleaning all high touch point areas…cashier, service write-up, sales desks, lunch rooms, waiting area, rest rooms, door handles, etc…no less than every two hours.
  • Wiping down all high touch point areas in customer service vehicles.
  • Leveraging our relationships with our suppliers to insure we have adequate disinfectant, hand sanitizer, soap, and all cleaning supplies necessary.
  • Our dealerships are open and our goal is to remain open as we continue to monitor this ever-changing situation.

Our Employees:

 

  • Encouraging our associates to monitor their health and well-being.
  • Any employee must stay home if they are not feeling well.
  • Advising our associates to suspend handshakes and physical contact with fellow employees and guests.
  • Providing hand sanitizer throughout the dealership and encouraging regular washing of hands.
